The Fed and the White House Are Rowing in the Wrong Direction
The job numbers came out today and they weren't so bad, but I don't trust the job numbers from the government. The private sector was less than expected, but there were 47,000 government jobs added. So all that government spending is propping up the economy and also working against what the Fed is trying to do. And it's very frustrated because you have not seen the Fed come out and put this on the government.
