The Myth of Montserrat
While he was at university his brother who was a medical student a bit older than him died and his mother also died. So I've been reading this biography which makes quite a lot of his relationship to kind of local monuments and to the landscape where they are. The region is basically is called the bych camp and it's basically like a sort of flat. And then it has this sort of peculiarity that you get the streams coming down from the mountains kind of cut these like deep channels. Sometimes you get a point in a landscape which you cannot avoid finding significant.
