We Pick Each Other Up When We Make Mistakes
We're not judged by our mistakes. We're judged by how quickly we remedy them and if we repeat them, making a mistake is totally acceptable in my mind. So that environment must exist where we pick each other up. I believe for us to get better collectively as a team, we must be in an environment where peer can challenge peer. In every direction, challenges only result in progress.
