I paddle board because it's very meditating. Balance is really good for your mind, which is why when you clean your teeth, you should stand on one leg. For me, cycling, walking, paddle boarding and polates and yoga is my thing. I actually love weights, but i didn't really like circuit training. But just gims are not my thing, cause i like my own music. It's very important to find out what you like. And make it not what you do, but who you are.
