Young salespeople often fall into traps that make them less authentic. They mirror the people they perceive to be successful out there, and then mimic a lot of what they say. And i me not a line to what i really believe or whos, you know, who i am and my inner self. I think that's the biggest trap. Is that congruent? Am i really being congruent with myself? Right?
