The Lord Your God Will Bless You
Lord had always charged his people to take an active concern for the poor in their midst, perhaps most prominently in deuteronomy. Those wh act in such a way are promised that the lord will bless them by restoring their ruined cities. And your ancient ruins shall be rebuilt. You shall raise up the foundations of many generations. To dwell in the repairing of the physical walls and the mending of the breaches in society. They belong togethere.
