I think, remind reminders were the first that really helped me. Most of your appreciation will go to people you spend time with. And so that's another thing that is a hard, hard part o being a manager. I do this thing that i've recently started doing more of, although i'm still in the habit building phase. This is just, i have this daily journal,. One question that i have in there is, did anyone do anything yesterday that you appreciate? D and so it just forces me to think about it.
