The Evolution of Religion

When you have to survive in a hostile environment, it may be that you do need a certain amount of illogical... But maybe it's a matter of the odds that something is actually dangerous. The cost to you. Yes, I keep pushing back to the evolutionary origins of this. And so do you think religion in general is something that emerges from rational thought or from non-rational thought? Well, I think both. Religion is based on people's experience of God and religion is a way of relating to one another and through that to God. Logic and faith are not inconsistent.
