The SEC Expands Its Role in the Stock Market

The SEC was started about 90 years ago. It was an overreaction to the Great Depression. We would be much better off today if we didn't have an SEC but we do thanks to what the government did. I actually know several of the people that are involved here. One in particular this guy Justin Keener who's recently lost this case was sued by the SEC and the SEC is now with the help of the lower courts dramatically expanding its role.
