The Problem With an Infinite Series of Past Events

The burden of proof is on the person bringing the proposition. All mathematicians that I know use infinities and have no problem with it. If an actual infinity is impossible, then when Jesus offers you eternal life or you live in heaven, is that not an actual infinity? And so we should have never made that move in the first place.
