Ultra Processed Foods: What You Should Avoid

A lot of the healthy foods in my book that we've mentioned some of them and what they mean actually are the things we should probably avoid. High fructose corn syrup is a real wickedly bad thing, if you're trying to tame your body fat. Ultra processed foods often contain artificial preservatives, artificial flavorings, artificial sweeteners, and artificial coloring. And fructose specifically pisses off your fat cells to become more inflammatory. The old Spider-Man with great power comes great responsibility.
