authenticity expresses love by saying, I've got your back no matter what the fight is. Harmony can be misinterpreted as intrusive or smothering with authenticity. So make sure that if you're projecting onto people these negative qualities, it's not just a projection because you think of the world differently than they do. Not everybody who uses this process is going to be healthy.
