The Sacred Fire of the Aeneid

The worship of the sacred fire did not belong exclusively to the populations of Greece and Italy. The laws of Manu show the religion of Brahma completely established and even verging toward its decline. According to Deodorus, the Greeks said that the sacred fire is what taught them to build houses. When families began to aggregate into larger groups and to curies and fratries, they created a new sacred fire.
