Go is a very simple way to build web apps. It's almost like a menu of just common stuff that you have to do on a website, like edit in place and reorder things. I'd definitely spend some time having a look at the Go standard library HTML template package documentation. Once you get familiar with that honestly, you can drive out some really rich looking applications very quickly.
