The Unforgivable Death of Gloria Satterfield
Gloria Satterfield suffered multiple rib fractures, a subdural hematoma and a pulmonary contusion. She passed away in the hospital after a few short weeks on life support. An autopsy was never performed because her cause of death was immediately believed to be accidental. In recent months, sled investigators have taken a closer look at her accidental death.
