We were trained to fear everything outside of that box. And so if you only come to trust what you can physically see with your eyes, you are now trusting 0.00001% of the universe and believing that that constitutes the entire universe. We're actually just expressing symptoms of a belief that what we see is what's real and everything else must not be real. The answer is light. There's only one thing that's real and that's expression of waveform or frequency of vibration in the universe. From that comes everything else.
