How Should Children Be Educated?

Very few children, actually, would want to go to school. That school is such an inefficient way of learning anything. The whole structure of the school system is this incredibly authoritarian structure. And it's a sort of throwback to the past when people were trying to turn out good factory workers. It's in our knowledge-based society now and moving forward. We're not looking for good factory workers who will obey and just do the mindless task that someone is setting them. But we're looking for people who are creative, who come up with new ideas that will solve problems so that the world will be improved"
