And i'm always intrigued by that, because i'm like, woll that investoris selling that property for a reason, like they weren't successful with it? So it makes you think that you could be. If your goal is to create financial independente through short terminal investing, your goal is not to create another job for yourself. You're essentially just creating u another jobs for yourself that you may not enjoy.
