The Different Approaches to Semantic Navigation
The third class of approaches falls somewhere in the middle. It aims to combine long-term memory and planning with spatial common sense. The main difference between this approach and the classical approach is that the exploration policies learned instead of heuristic, which allows it to be much more efficient than a heuristic.
