The Limits of Registry Studies

Until now, the best evidence we had was these large registry studies that did that controlled for everything they could. So it's not like they were necessarily ignoring things because those studies you're mentioning are big studies that had no mention of it. But yeah, as well, I will find like one finding in a registry study, oftentimes does not translate to a randomized controlled trial.
