I grew up in a household where everyone had ADHD, but no one admitted or believed it. My sister did go to a psychiatrist like finally after telling my mom like so many times that she had age in high school,. But nothing ever happened. So by the time you reached Polynesian dancing, your mom was like, maybe we should get her checked out. That was my OK. I'm not even joking here. Like, these are actual classes I was taking for years for all of those things. And yet, here I am.
