You're right about 15% of the time when it comes to predicting a recession. If I'd been making this prediction every year, how well would I have done? That's sort of the recommended starting point if you want to make predictions. It's supposed to be socially rewarded by people. But if you can't count on that or in addition to that, what would you suggest?
