Organ Donation in Prison
The Federal Bureau of Prison says that prisoners anywhere in the US can donate organs while incarcerated, but only to immediate family members. The concern being that there were a red market would grow if people were allowed to do it for money. This bill is called HD 3822. You can look it up now and act to establish the Massachusetts incarcerated individual bone marrow and organ donation program.
