How to Use Broadcast Time Effectively

A Cubs fan account said we appreciate peacock making jazz chisom talk to them while steel tries to get him out. Plus with the pitch clock there's not even as much time in which one theoretically could answer or talk or converse So I thought that might do away with this if nothing else did but apparently not.
