How Do You Think About Acquisitions?

Disney did three of the best deals ever. You got Marvel, Lucasfilm, Pixar, $15 billion all in. I'd love to get some insight into sort of how you guys think through acquisitions. How do you figure out this is worth thinking about? This is worth kicking a tire. This is worth spinning up the whole team to actually look at it. Ultimately, you're going to pull the trigger.
