The Importance of Knowing and Should Have Knew

Trump being Trump is going to be talking about this and saying things in interviews on the campaign trail that will probably hurt his court case. If we put his odds at winning the presidency pretty broadly of somewhere between 10 and 50 percent is it smarter to take those odds and just go full speed ahead or maybe seeing some stupid things that would damn him in court? I think you have to know more than you have to have better instincts than I have about campaigns to know the answer to that question how what's the actual benefit to his campaign of doing things that would be detrimental to his interests in court rather than actually following the lawyer's advice.
