"I'm relying on him now. So if I don't take him, I'm just like, not only am I not sleeping, but now I'm wishing I had the pill," he says of his sleep medication. "It's it's bad and your brain. It's like Ed Norton fight club. Your brain's going weird places." He advises people to go to a sleep clinic or have electrodes put in their heads so they can be scanned for signs of insomnia.
