The Attempted Theft at a Tobacco Store in California

In an out vower video, the workers are seeing smacking the suspect with the stick after he entered the store and stocked in with a garbage can. The acting police department said they are now under investigation for assault. It was allegedly the third time in two days the man had targeted the store on a previous occasion. He tried to intimidate staff by claiming he had a handgun.
