War Is Hell, and Once I Unleash My Soldiers, I Won't Be Able to Stop It
War has its own locomotive. It's inherently esculatory. And our policy makers are kidding themselves if they think they can soo keep human nature in check and everything nice and neat. There's a scene at the siege of harfleu where henry the fifth calls on the governor of the town to surrender. He basely says, if you don't surrender and i unleash my soldiers, you are going to experience help. War is hell, and once i unleash it, i won't be able to stop it.
