i'd do a lot of reading and research about the whole process of delegation fom whether it's in my family, or as a business owner, delegating things to my team. One of the things is it's not truly delegated until you can, like you said, take it off your plate if you still have to come back and check it, make sure it's done. And also, you know, i was reading an article recently, about which i've read several, but i was reading one recently that reiterates how our brains even ore typical brains, our brains are not designed to be todulists. They're not.
