Is There a Free Competition Between Nation's?

Neo liberalism is the belief that market ideology should apply to absolutely everything, and that competition will make all sectors more efficient. In industries like em well, non profits and the health care and education industry, which have become privatized. Em: More and more education is amounting to teaching and training kids to be good at test taking, rather than learn actual knowledge. And i think standardized tests are completely a part of that.
