The Dynamic Effect of Reservations in Education
Basto: Affirmative action is almost like a level effect as we have it in the bottle. We don't know whether that's the right model, but at least from the lens of that model, it's a level effect. All that the reservations do is, in some sense, move the whole wage gap in he level effect. But ten the dynamic effect is all from grothso and that's the sense in which we think that both lifted all boots in the indian context.
