The UPS Strike: A Contract That Makes Mutual Sentence

The 24 position wasn't working for our members, but it also isn't working for the company either. They were having significant trouble trying to fill all the shifts that were needed and required by the position. It is it's great that we got rid of it, but it seems like it was somewhat of an easy thing to win. There could have been bigger fights over other things in this contract that weren't pursued.
