You Have This Experience, I'm Not Even Going to Say, I Need That
i like to say a with any in the past, when i was coaching college athletes that shared discomfort, you have this place where you're going to see people at their highest hihes, their lowest lows. And i think that vulnerability, that doing difficult things together, like, leads to that inherent trust and builds that trust. I'm so glad that i stuck with three to four days a week, going in there, working the main movements, not because i was getting stronger, but because just it was real. You know, to use the title of my book, like, nothing keeps you more grounded than 350 pounds on your back.
