Is There an Action Item in This Book?

The book is about the mindset of extreme ownership and I most certainly have bought in on that. The way that they structured it, where they talk about the stories from their deployment and then the principal and then the business example, I felt like there's a ton of balance there. And even if you have no affinity for military culture or are completely turned off by that, there's still enough here that will give you stories and pictures of how you can implement this in your own situation.
