The Change Point

There's a change point at the bottom of the cycle, before shame and stress sets back in. Guilt is the motivator for change - that's when people reach out to me. So what happens at the change point is they haven't hit this low, low of dopamine and the high levels of stress yet. But then of course their brain keeps moving through that cycle and that stress will increase and they act out again.
