New scientific evidence says that spending time in nature is one of the healthiest things you can do for your mental health and spiritual evolution. I think incorporating these things, even if they're very subtle and small at the beginning, really do bring happiness. And i always try and this message that it doesn't have to be your job or your career, but it's just as a means of self expression. Creativity is a really powerful thing.
