Padre Pio - A Gift From God
Pope John Paul II was probably a kind of gift to Padre Pio. He saw that the church was troubled, he says. His notoriety and so also his favor in the eyes of some high churchmen waxed and waned over the years. But he always took that suffering and made something beautiful with it by offering it to God.
