I've done the programme successfully seven times, and i ja it better every single time. But do t whats sa consistent with me is that that period of time buckin sucks. And starts in like, due to you're sore, youre puck and literally, you're physically tired. I was looking back at my pictures of doing it, the first time i did it, and i was comparing them, ike, my pictures, like, w i thought i was in shape. Like, fucktod i, i looked like a ship, you know. Unrstand. Ba, ad, shake this out.
