I’m going to be really honest here…writing the intro for this podcast was REALLY HARD.

After all, what do you focus on when the ENTIRE SHOW is so freaking good?

Whether it’s talking about training autonomy, N=1 training, the art of performance management, different archetypes and training buckets, or the role of pure strength and force development in basketball, there’s so much good info here I don’t know where to start.

But all that is thanks to today’s amazing guest – Andrew Paul.

Andrew is in his 19^th year of performance training, and entering his 10^th year with the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA.

But more importantly for us, he’s one of those guys that’s always thinking about training, performance, and how to make things just a little bit better.
