Is It a Political Expropriation?

In the past, governments were very careful about not doing things to enable private claimants to seize foreign state assets. To day, that's completely changed. Governments are much more willing to say to private creditors, they're not behaving well and make it possible for you to seize that assets. Now i'm not sure if president byden will use that path to day to allow paul singer and his lawyers to go after these assets. But if you look at who's talking in the press day, who is alivating at the possibility of seizing acids, i think a lot of those actors in the argentine episode are getting their guns ready.
