Adding a Refactor to the Emma Stack, Is That a Good Idea?

We need someone who can just maintain that, and obviously build those guides and things like thatu when we're spending lots of time doing it. So i'm already in juggling mode with the technical stuff. And a, we do need to get back to strategy, and that's what the motivates the technical hire. With all those decisions made, me and you suddenly find ourselves in this strategic position where we're managing people. It's definitely something new for both of us, which we've never done before. You know they're not superformal like bigger companies, but we have to make sure there's a good skill set and chemistry between them.
