The Russians Are Trying to Get a Grain Deal With Ukraine

Until very recently, Ukraine was one of the world's five biggest agricultural exporters for beats and chlorine. The Russians are now insisting that they've only won a 60-day renewal on their grain deal with Ukrainians. Last year was probably the last year that Ukraine will be a significant agricultural exporter at Paul.
