Confidence Is Just a Switch

Confidence is just a switch. You can turn it on or off, let's say. And we prove that all the time in our workshops. We have somebody speak or do a rip of a difficult game, and then you say, ok, great. Now do it again, but this time be more confident. Then the person looks like a different human being. But coming back to your original question, the place you take in a room you're yourself worth is maybe the biggest element holding people back in their ability to learn. It's its mindset over scale set, over and over and over.
