Ben Horowitz and Mark Andreessen's Meeting With Saudi Arabia
CNN's John Defterios asks why high profile founders and VCs like Adam Newman, Ben Horowitz, Mark Andreessen are talking about Saudi Arabia in this way. He says the reason is because they're underwritten by Softbank Vision Front - a think tank started by an offshoot of the kingdom's sovereign wealth fund. But he also points out that MBS has no plan to execute his new vision so it's not as clear how reputation laundering works. "I feel like some one of the one of the Saudi handlers definitely like had a talking to him after he stepped off stage"
