Stern: Disney's lawsuit really fits in with the larger landscape that we've been talking about here at OA in a post Trump world. There are way too many Eileen cannons and Justin Walker's on the federal bench, he says. Stern: We'll be seeing a lot of groundwork being laid for what I would describe as inherently conservative arguments. The 11th Circuit immediately put the kibosh on this law because it's ridiculous, Stern says.
