Is the Clock Moving Backwards?

The clock was designed with the idea that it could be moved backwards. We were fully prepared to move it back in january 20 17, because all that seemed in train. But we do have a new administration in the united states who came out at the gate talking about respect for scientists and expertise. And so when we call out bright spots like we did in this report, those are the things we're watching,. If they do come into effect, we'll take into consideration wher move it back.
