CNN's John Sutter talks about the idea of geoengineering. He says it could be used to reverse effects of poor health choices on Earth. It would involve injecting aerosols into the atmosphere in order to increase global dimming, thereby decreasing temperatures. But there are risks and consequences that come with this type of solar radiation management.
