How to Manage Anger in Your Personal Life
Breathing deeply activates the parasympathetic nervous system and it calms you down, brings your heart rate down. When I breathe out, I imagine breathing out black smoke and in that black smoke is whatever is not serving me - stress, anger, irritation, sadness. So my plea to people that are dealing with anger is your anger is your responsibility,. You have to learn tools and you have to learn to manage it from the inside out.
