How to Vote Unspoiled

There are going to be five flags and each one's got a name. So when people go to the back of their postcard and and rank these, do they have to write five names or can they write? Do they write one name? How many names do they write? What are you asking them to do? This is the beauty of a well-run alternative vote. Unlike some countries that we could mention that require you to write down absolutely everything, we're going to do it the right way.
